Today, Mark and I have become QUITTERS!!

Good Quitters tho! From this day

forth there is NO MORE SMOKING!!

Here's to a Smoke Free Life!! This isn't going to be the easiest of Journeys but please

bear with us I am sure we will have some grouchy days but please remember we are

not only doing this for us and our kids but for you all because we love you!


So Far, My day is going well (Thank God for the Chantix)with no urges to smoke but I

am sure it will get tougher as the day goes on. lol Thank you all for your support and I

will keep you all posted on our progress!
